Tripe with Pears - is a thick soup, the basic ingredient of which is pears. The soup is prepared on the basis of broth, which makes it an excellent hot dish. The soup is made according to the author's recipe of a Hajduk Nyskie inhabitant from local raw materials, i.e. pears and vegetables from her own crops.
