The mountainous areas invite to go on a cycling tour on the 10-kilometre route running along the Parkowa Mountain massif, or one of the other well marked biking routes. There is also a possibility to go hiking along the red hiking trails which is 37 kilometres long.

Mountain trail lovers are awaited by the Kopa Biskupia – the highest peak in the Polish part of the Opawskie Mountains – 890 metres above sea level. On the peak there is an award for an experienced hiker: a beautiful view from an 18-metre tall stone tower, built in 1898 by the Moravian-Silesian Sudetes Mountain Association to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the reign of Franz Joseph I.

In the neighbourhood there are numerous attractions, including, to name a few, the Rejvíz national nature reserve with its ”gem” – Moss Lake, alive for about 7-9 thousand lake, Na Spicaku and Na Pomezi caves, the charming Karlova Studanka and Priessnitz with thermal waters.
